Wade earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with a focus on Aquatics from Neptune University. In addition, he is a certified lifeguard and possesses numerous certifications in swimming instruction from esteemed organizations like the American Red Cross and the National Swimming Association.
Wade’s career boasts a wide array of experiences in both competitive and recreational swimming. Starting as a competitive swimmer, he secured several regional titles. Later, he transitioned into teaching, where he has worked at various swim schools and community centers, consistently showcasing his ability to inspire and coach swimmers to reach their maximum potential.
Wade adopts a student-centered approach, emphasizing confidence-building and technique improvement through positive reinforcement and personalized instruction. He highlights the importance of water safety, proper form, and the enjoyment of swimming, aiming to make each lesson both engaging and enjoyable.
Beyond the pool, Wade enjoys snorkeling, scuba diving, and underwater photography. He is a passionate advocate for marine conservation and frequently volunteers with local environmental organizations to protect aquatic habitats.
